How to Choose the Right Property at Walt Disney World

Did you know that there are over 20 resorts at Walt Disney World and hundreds of other options of places to stay within only a few minutes?  This can be overwhelming when trying to decide where to stay during a Disney vacation and is one of the reasons we recommend booking with one of our travel planners.  We will help you find the right property for you and your travel group so you can enjoy your trip. Here are three things we consider:

Budget.   Considering the same amount of money could buy you 2 nights in a deluxe or 7 or more in a value, this is the go-to question!  No one will enjoy the vacation if you spend all your money on the place you are sleeping and there are options in the Orlando area to fit every budget.

Travel Party.  We need to know how many people are traveling in your group.  Most WDW rooms sleep 4, some have a 5th sleeper, a few sleep just 2, and some suites can sleep up to 12! Do you want to be able to be connected to everyone in your group?  Do you want more privacy if you are traveling with another couple or other family members?  These all make an impact in which resort we will recommend.  Knowing the ages of your group is important as well since some 5th sleepers are only recommended for children.

Destination goals.  We want to know what your goals are on this vacation.  Is it to have quick access to Magic Kingdom or another park so you can spend the majority of your time in the parks?  Is it to be able to relax by the pool?  Is it to feel immersed in the Disney magic?  Or maybe to find a quiet place to unwind and reconnect as a family?  Different resorts can achieve these different goals.  Part of the magic of your vacation is just that: ITS YOUR VACATION.  We are going to help you pick the resort will allow you to enjoy your trip.  We can help you choose the resort that is closest to the park you want to spend the most time in or that has the best pool for your travel group.
