Starting in 2025, we celebrate seven decades of happiness and magical memories at Disneyland Resort in California. And, we want to share how YOU can celebrate during your visit.

Disneyland Resort will kick off their 70th Anniversary Clebration on May 16, 2025 that’s set to run through Summer 2026. At this time, Goofy Getaways Travel Consultants can book vacation packages through December 31, 2025 for the Disneyland Resort and nearby Good Neighbor hotels.

Get ready to sing, dance and laugh to your heart’s content! The nighttime spectacular World of Color Happiness! explores happy through a kaleidoscope of emotions. ©Disneyland
World of Color Happiness! will debut at Disney California Adventure park. This new nighttime show will explore “happy” and manifest the music of emption while celebrating seven decades of Disney magic featuring favorites from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios.
Paint the Night Parade returns! This fan-favorite nighttime parade lights up Main Street, USA and features innovative floats, unforgettable music, and incredible special effects, all guaranteed to help you create magical memories with your loved ones.
Wondrous Journeys will also return to Disneyland Park. This nighttime show will play in Disneyland park most nights and will be accompanied by fireworks on select nights. You can view the projections on “it’s a small world” in addition to Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Better Together: a Pixar Pals Celebration! returns to DCA. This fun parade is full of many of your favorite Pixar friends. There are so many great spots to watch this parade through the park, but we recommend dessert party in front of Wine Country Trattoria, which provided chairs for seating (be sure to request a table in the shade).
Some of these experiences will pause during the Halloween and Holiday season to make way for the special holiday entertainment. However, it’s safe to say there will be so many fun experiences in the parks during this very special 70th anniversary celebration.
All three of the Disneyland Resort Hotels - Disney’s Grand California Resort and Spa, Disneyland Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel - will be getting exciting updates like room renovations, state-of-the-art suites, and even new Club Level Lounge spaces at the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand California (Pixar Place already has a brand new lounge!).
