Hi, we are Rachel and Jim, and we are here to help your next Disney vacation be the most scrumptious vacation of your dreams!

Rachel- I am a former cast member who has always been attracted to the magic of Disney! I worked at the Contemporary Resort bakery (YUM) and baked goodies for all of Magic Kingdom. During my time there, I truly saw how Disney was different from any other vacation destination and how delicious food cemented those memories for a lifetime! Trust me, after you’ve tasted your way around the world during EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival, I know you’ll feel the same too!

Jim- I am a recent convert to the Disney magic, having never been until I met Rachel, but now I’ve been to the parks multiple times (sometimes I even get more excited than Rachel for our next trip!) I’m the researcher of our duo and will find answers to whatever questions you have, no matter how complex! A lifelong dinosaur lover, (I’ve even got them on my arm!) I’m also passionate about Universal Studios!

We live in Mishawaka, IN with our fur babies (who are named after either Disney characters or food!)

When we’re not at Disney, we enjoy trying new and exciting local restaurants and recreating Disney recipes at home.
